About the position
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of South African Mechanics to work in Meppel, Netherlands. Please note that visa and sponsorship assistance provided. The successful candidates will resolve malfunctions and perform maintenance and (limited) construction work in the mechanical field, ensuring that assignments are completed on time and according to required specifications, and that applicable safety regulations are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on installations and systems, identifying and correcting potential issues.
- Diagnose malfunctions, perform emergency repairs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams when needed.
- Modify and commission installations or machinery based on technical work orders, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Monitor and report on equipment, material usage, inventory levels, and technical documentation updates.
- Uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diesel Mechanic / Mechanic Trade Certificate
- Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written)
