About the position
A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for a Senior Officer, Technical Trainer Auto Electrical
Duties:
Provide inductions, generic risk management and technical skills training and assessment so as to ensure that KCSA employees are competent to safely and efficiently perform their work
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Matric)
- Trade Specific Qualification (Auto Electrical)
- Facilitation qualification
- Assessor certification (Essential)
- 5 years' relevant experience as artisan in mining environment and 2 years' supervisory experience
- 2-3 years' experience in facilitating training
