Your Strategic Impact

  • As Executive Manager: Treasury, you will take ownership of a high-performing portfolio that includes:
  • Treasury Strategy Development & Execution - Develop and implement Treasury strategies aligned to corporate goals, offering critical funding insights and guiding organisational direction.
  • Financial Risk Management & Policy Setting - Establish robust treasury processes, policy frameworks, and risk limits to ensure effective financial oversight and compliance.
  • Asset & Liability Management - Lead the development of risk reporting, balance sheet management strategies, and ALM policies that safeguard organisational solvency.
  • Funding, Liquidity & Investment Management - Forecast and manage funding requirements, optimise investment returns on surplus cash, and maintain strong relationships with capital providers.
  • Third Party Fund Administration - Oversee disbursement processes, service-level agreements, and fund accounting with a focus on transparency and governance.
  • Treasury Operations & Technology Leadership - Drive operational efficiency through the implementation of next-generation treasury technologies and frameworks.
  • Investor Relations - Act as the key spokesperson for investors and analysts, building relationships that enhance credibility, transparency, and stakeholder confidence.
  • People & Performance Management - Lead a high-calibre Treasury team, drive performance, and ensure the capacity and capability needed for strategic execution.

Are You the Leader We're Looking For?

  • We're seeking a seasoned Treasury expert with:
  • A 3-year qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • CFA or CA qualification
  • At least 10 years of senior management experience in finance, including:
  • Treasury leadership
  • Cash management
  • Fixed income markets and debt issuance
  • Funding operations and capital markets strategy

Critical Competencies Include:

  • In-depth understanding of macroeconomic and financial market dynamics
  • IFRS and financial instruments expertise (including derivatives)
  • Treasury policies and control frameworks
  • Asset and Liability Management (ALM)
  • Third-party fund management experience
  • Investor relations strategy
