Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. As a key contributor to our sales efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients.

Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition and delivery of products/services.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide insights and recommendations to the team to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Requirements:

Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
