About the position
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role requires exceptional administrative, coordination, and executive support skills, ensuring seamless management of the CEO's office, diary, correspondence, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly professional. This is a FTC for 6 months.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a PA to a CEO/MD/Executive Team
- Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Report writing, proofreading, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient diary management, scheduling, and coordination for the CEO
- Handling all confidential correspondence, emails, and calls
- Preparing Board packs, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Coordinating local and international travel, including flights, visas, and accommodation
- Liaising with executive teams, board members, and stakeholders
- Managing ExCo, RemCo, and governance documentation
- Assisting with corporate events, reports, and presentations
