About the position
A dynamic and highly successful executive duo is seeking a discreet, experienced, and highly competent Personal Assistant to provide full-spectrum executive support. Both individuals are involved in multiple board-level roles across various sectors, requiring a PA who can operate confidently at a senior level, with sound judgment and impeccable professionalism.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and who can manage complex schedules, communications, and interactions with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar and diary management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and minute-taking.
- Communication Management: Draft, edit, and manage high-level correspondence with flawless command of English; act as the gatekeeper for both principals.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate national and international travel, accommodation, and related logistics.
- Office Coordination: Manage operational and administrative functions as needed, with potential oversight of future support staff such as a cleaner or driver.
- Board & Governance Support: Prepare and manage board documentation, track action items, and liaise with external parties as needed.
- Technology: Use advanced MS Office Suite for reporting and presentations; familiarity with Apple products is an advantage.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Interact with high-level stakeholders across industries with professionalism, discretion, and poise.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years supporting C-suite executives, ideally at CEO, MD, or Chairman level.
- Industry Exposure: Experience in Financial Services or Legal sectors preferred, but not essential.
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification required.
