What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be providing vital executive support to a dynamic CEO, ensuring their day-to-day activities run like clockwork. From complex diary management and coordinating international travel, to managing correspondence, preparing reports and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, your role will be central to the CEO's efficiency. You'll coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes, support special projects, and partner with the marketing team to help execute high-level events. Your support will extend beyond the professional, handling ad hoc requests and personal tasks with care and professionalism. They foster a healthy, happy culture that is driven by quality and customer service. This is an office role Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and able to assist for any emergencies after hours if need be. What you'll need You have proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally in financial services. You're confident using the MS Office Suite and comfortable managing high volumes of information. A relevant tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field is preferred. Most importantly, you're meticulous, proactive, and calm under pressure - with the professionalism and discretion required to support a C-level executive. We're looking for a warm and kind person that will bring a personable touch to things. You will need to have your own car and driver's license.
