What you'll be doing You'll support the Head of a Department for Middle East and Africa and senior leadership with a full suite of executive support functions. From managing complex diaries and coordinating travel to preparing high-level meetings, minutes, and documentation - you'll be central to daily operations. You'll handle compliance files, CPD tracking, billing tasks, and liaise with clients and third-party providers. There's also scope to support events, marketing activities, and contribute to team culture through social committee involvement. This is a dynamic and varied role where your ability to stay on top of it all will be key to your success. Where you'll be doing it You'll be joining a prestigious financial services firm with an international presence, specialising in wealth and investment management. This role is fully office-based for the probation period and thereafter 1 day work from home. What you'll need You'll have strong experience as an Executive Assistant at Exco level within a professional services or financial services environment. You're highly proficient in MS Office, a confident communicator, and capable of working independently. A secretarial diploma or relevant qualification is a plus. You thrive on structure and process but are equally comfortable with change, taking initiative, and solving problems as they arise. You're also vibrant, energetic and a go getter.
