About the position

Purpose of the job:
To lead day-to-day operations, overseeing client relationships, team performance, and all technical and regulatory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- CA (SA) qualification – essential
- Registered Auditor (IRBA)
- 10+ years post-articles experience in an auditing or accounting role
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Required Experience & Knowledge:
- Lead the firm’s overall performance, delivery, and team execution of board strategy.
- Manage all client relationships to drive satisfaction and growth.
- Identify and secure new business and acquisition opportunities.
- Ensure top professional, ethical, and technical quality and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and manage staff across all divisions with HR oversight.
- Build and sustain a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
