About the position
Established, listed financial services company seeks a driven, skilled and experienced executive to oversee the Operations and Strategy of their unsecured collections business unit.
Candidate should have an Honours / MBA with extensive Operations and Strategy collections experience from the personal collections / unsecured collections space.
Candidate must be an expert in crafting the collections business strategy and wider operations and driving the various supporting teams (e.g. risk, compliance, quality assurance, operations) to deliver results.
