About the position

Our client, known for providing innovative solutions to the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sector, seeks the expertise of an Executive: Brand & Comms.

Certification, Qualifications and Experience:

  • NQF 7: 3-year Degree
  • Relevant experience in a telecommunications or fast-paced environment, of which at least 3 years on senior management level.
  • Demonstrable marketing experience and brand-building experience.
  • Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Qualification preferably in marketing and communications.
  • A post-graduate qualification would be beneficial.

Accountable for defining and developing the brand and integrated marketing communications plans with the aim of targeting key segments through multiple touchpoints using ATL and BTL campaigns. Functional Areas:

The primary functions of the Executive: Brand & Comms are to:

  • Define and reinforce the market position through brand positioning and affinity-driving campaigns.
  • Design and manage the integrated marketing communications plan across all segments, channels, and products for ATL and BTL using innovative and customer-oriented go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and drive CSB's marketing efforts across online and offline channels.
  • Align marketing communications with go-to-market trade marketing.
  • Optimize media channels, media networks and available properties.
  • Liaise with HR Heads to develop measures that will drive employee advocacy and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Provide oversight on brand.
  • framework and architecture design including developing and maintaining a comprehensive set of brand identity tools and guidelines.
  • Define, manage, and evolve sponsorship strategy and portfolio to uplift brand equity.
