What you'll be doing You'll be the backbone of support for senior investment leaders, managing complex diaries, arranging meetings, coordinating local and international travel, and ensuring seamless preparation for client engagements. You'll proactively manage correspondence, take meeting minutes, draft professional documents, and handle expense submissions. You'll liaise with investment providers, external stakeholders, and clients, while also assisting with client documentation, compliance records, and billing tasks. What you'll need You have a matric qualification paired with extensive experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally within the finance industry. You're highly skilled in Microsoft Office, thrive under pressure, and have exceptional communication, time management, and organisational abilities.
