About the Role
We are seeking two experienced and highly professional Executive Assistants to provide confidential, high-level administrative and executive support on a 4-month fixed-term contract. One role will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the other will support the Executive: Corporate Services.
These roles are critical in ensuring seamless executive operations, effective communication, and strategic support. The successful candidates will play a key role in managing schedules, preparing executive documentation, coordinating meetings/events, and optimising the use of executives' time so they can focus on organisational priorities and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, confidential administrative and executive support.
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, travel, and meetings.
- Draft, prepare, and quality-check executive documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate smooth communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive meetings, events, and follow-ups.
- Support strategic initiatives and assist in project-related activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (NQF Level 7) in Office Administration and Management, Public Administration/Management, or a relevant qualification.
- 5+ years' proven experience supporting executives or senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools).
- Valid driver's licence (preferred).
