About the position
Overview:
A dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant is sought to support the General Manager (GM) with C-suite experience. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of the GM’s office, managing sensitive communications, complex logistics, and high-level administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full executive support, including confidential correspondence and daily office coordination
- Manage complex calendars and organize local and international travel, visas, and accommodations
- Liaise with VP visitors, internal departments, and international stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes for senior management meetings
- Handle executive-level customer queries and franchisee enquiries
- Coordinate logistics for boardroom functions, VIP visits, and corporate events
- Reconcile credit cards, FOREX, and submit expense claims
- Maintain leave rosters and medical claim submissions
Requirements:
- 5–8 years' experience as an Executive Personal Assistant at senior level
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- C-suite experience.
- Proven experience in diary management, travel coordination, and report preparation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; high level of discretion and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
