What will be your role and responsibilities?
- Coordination monitoring and reporting on GFBB roll-outs:
- Responsible for one or more GFBB rollout(s).
- Support the targets of the GFBB initiative and defend standards in the template as well as rollout best practices.
- Coordinate all phases of roll-outs where FR-ZA is responsible, e.g. (but not limited to) Planning, FIT/GAP, D&I, UAT, migration, training and cut-over.
- Setup the local GFBB rollout organization with central rollout manager according the GFBB overall guidelines for the market.
- Report consolidated rollout status to relevant stakeholders in project management.
- Participate/report/escalate to central steering committees.
- Ensure timely decisions in case of escalation.
- Coordinate the project and work closely with the FT rollout stream and local RCP/PCP.
- Monitor the proven rollout approach (documentation, tools, lessons learned, etc.) and transfer experiences to further roll-outs.
- Support the design of solutions and the clarification of open issues with the market to achieve a timely delivery of project results.
- Ensure that the final Fit-to-Template result is handed over to solution management to implement solution.
- Support budget planning & monitoring for a rollout.
- Ensure interface partners / projects are in line with roll-outs and escalate where necessary.
- Report/escalate performance concerns with relevant project management members where needed.
Requirements - BCOM in Accounting
- Post graduate degree or certification.
- Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous)
- In-depth project rollout & implementation experience across all rollout phases.
- In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge.
- Change - & Project Management.
- Excellent and articulate communicator.
- Ability to influence and engage with authority.
- Strong business acumen.
- In-depth understanding of and prior experience in financial accounting areas, e.g., Accounts Receivable, Asset and Investment accounting, Cost Accounting, etc.
- In-depth experience in SAP, including SAP UI5, WebDynpro, and ABAP on SAP HANA.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
