The position includes making outbound sales calls, for a USA Lead Generation project assisting customers with Medicare Enrollment.
The company is based in New York City, time zone 6 hours behind South Africa.
Working hours will be 9am to 7pm EST (South African time 3pm to 1am) with the potential to work to 9pm EST (South African time 3am).
Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays.
Minimum of 35 hours to a maximum of 40 hours is required per week, working 8 hours shifts per day.
R85 per hour.
Paid on the 25th of every month.
Training paid.
Ready to start work next week.
Requirements
- Qualify eligible prospects and verify and validate them for insurance enrollment.
- Provide telecommunication solutions and recommendations to customers via telephone calls
- Follow set communication guidelines and scripts in addressing the needs and problems faced by customers
- Provide additional information to prospects, overcome objections and close the sale
- Create a positive approach to customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company
- Place outbound calls to customers to promote insurance sales
- Oversee the timely management of outgoing and incoming calls
- Ensure call records are properly stored and organized in a call center database
- Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament
- Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved
- Selling skills, a good command of the English language, warm and friendly disposition and patience.
- Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and a headset.

- Stable and fast internet/ fiber (20 up and 20 down speed) is a pre-requisite.

- Backup Generator or UPS for Load shedding.
