You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Meticulous and highly organised, you've built a reputation for executing seamless, high-impact events while juggling multiple priorities. You're calm under pressure, proactive, and always thinking three steps ahead. You build great relationships, collaborate effortlessly, and take real pride in delivering flawless brand experiences. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be the driving force behind a diverse calendar of internal and external events - from seminars and webinars to branded experiences and sponsored activations. Leading event strategy and execution, you'll manage everything from venue sourcing, supplier coordination and guest management, through to AV, branding, and on-the-day operations. Working closely with marketing, you'll ensure every event reflects the company's identity and delivers measurable impact. You'll own budgets, liaise with partners and sponsors, and maintain event playbooks to elevate future planning. Where you'll be doing it You'll join a prestigious financial services entity, revered for its impactful presence in the financial sector, based in Tygervalley. Renowned for pioneering solutions and fostering a culture of excellence, they lead with innovation, integrity, and a commitment to surpassing industry standards. Here, you'll be part of a team where creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning are the cornerstones, propelling your career to new heights in a young, supportive and dynamic environment. You will be fully office based for the first 6 months and thereafter twice a week from home should you wish. What you'll need You bring at least five years' experience delivering corporate, brand, or marketing events, with strong project management and budgeting skills. You're adept with event tech, registration tools, and hybrid event formats. A degree in events, marketing, hospitality or similar is preferred. Your attitude and personality are so important, we're looking for a go getter that is THE best multitasker and has a "make it happen" attitude. What you'll get You'll receive a market-related salary within a company that values innovation and leadership.
