About the position

We are looking for a dynamic Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute high-impact online and offline events, webinars, and conferences for corporates, institutions, and colleges. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in engaging CXO-level leaders, academicians, and industry stakeholders through world-class events across Mumbai and Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conceptualize, plan, and manage end-to-end corporate and academic events (conferences, roundtables, workshops, and webinars).
  • Build strong connects with CXOs, CHROs, L&D leaders, Colleges and Institutions to drive event participation.
  • Partner with corporates, universities, and colleges to organize AI-themed engagements.
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, and on-ground execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, academic, faculty) for seamless delivery.
  • Drive event marketing campaigns (emailers, social media, digital promotions) to maximize reach and participation.
  • Ensure lead generation and business outcomes through events and webinars.
  • Track KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously improve event effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on event tech platforms, AI industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • 5–8 years of experience in managing corporate events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Strong network and experience in engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Proven success in organizing online (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.) and offline events.
  • Experience in working with corporates, institutions, and colleges.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Graduate in Marketing, Event Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
