About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic EUC Specialist (SCCM) to take charge of End-User Computing (EUC) strategies, ensuring IT infrastructure aligns with the best global practices and business needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-User Image Management: Design, build, deploy, and maintain the Global Desktop environment in line with international IT standards.
SCCM Administration: Oversee software deployment, patch management, and security updates, ensuring compliance across multiple business units.
Group Policy & Intune Support: Maintain Group Policies, provide second-level support for Intune, and ensure device compliance across environments.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Act as a 3rd-level escalation point for core applications like Microsoft 365, Acrobat, Edge Chromium, and more.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all workstations are secure, up to date with the latest virus definitions, and resolve issues using Intune.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain knowledge base articles, support manuals, and operational guides for IT teams.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
Tertiary IT Qualification (or equivalent experience).
Expertise in Microsoft SCCM – including OSD, Task Sequences, Client Deployment, and Patch Management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft services – Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS.
Proficiency in PowerShell & Windows Scripting – automation is your superpower!
Experience in ITIL processes – Incident, Change & Problem Management.
Great problem-solving skills – ability to troubleshoot issues at all levels.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with teams across different levels.
Bonus Points for:
Hands-on Intune administration experience.
Previous exposure to large-scale IT environments and enterprise security standards.
Ability to mentor junior team members and share best practices
