We're on the hunt for a Sales Engineer / Estimator who thrives at the intersection of technical know-how and customer service and who's ready to make an impact in the dynamic world of steel manufacturing, laser cutting, or CNC fabrication.
What You'll Do:
- Engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver accurate, timely quotes and estimates.
- Convert technical requirements into clear, actionable orders using CAD (2D & 3D).
- Manage and grow your customer base building strong relationships that last.
- Track and monitor your orders from inquiry through to delivery, ensuring exceptional service.
- Work with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and high client satisfaction.
- Resolve challenges with a solutions-first mindset you're the customer's trusted partner.
What Youll Need:
- Experience in steel, laser cutting, or CNC manufacturing (essential).
- Technical background and working knowledge of CAD (2D/3D).
- National Diploma in engineering or related field (advantageous).
- Solid Excel and computer skills.
- A valid Code 8 driver's license.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
