Are you the go-to person when systems glitch and users need answers fast? We're looking for a proactive ERP/Application Support Specialist to keep our business systems running smoothly and our teams fully supported.

In this vital role, you'll troubleshoot issues, support users, and help optimize our ERP platform to boost efficiency across departments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix functional problems within ERP applications.
• User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolving software-related issues.
• System Configuration: Set up and configure ERP to align with business needs.
• Process Improvement: Analyze manufacturing and financial workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Data Management: Maintain database integrity, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Training & Documentation: Educate users on best practices and document system changes.
• Work with developers to implement new features and improvements.
• Support the implementation of ERP systems into the departments.
• Managing technical documentation.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• BSc Information Systems / Related degree
• 3+ years of experience in a production environment using Epicor or similar ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Database management.
• ERP certification.
• Ability to customize ERP using business process methods.
• Strong analytical skills to debug and resolve system issues.
• Ability to communicate with department head and ERP users to customise the ERP system for each department.
• Advanced knowledge of databases.
