About the position
A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced ERP Integration Specialist to join their Financial Transformation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact client projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Finance
- Relevant ERP system certifications
Essential Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ERP integration environments (including platforms such as Workday, SAP ERP, Oracle, Sage, or NetSuite)
- Demonstrated background in Finance with direct involvement in Finance transformation initiatives
- Strong technical competency in building integrations using enterprise integration tools for financial applications
- Proven experience developing integrations with Financial Institutions, Treasury Management platforms, and Billing or Trading Systems
- Solid understanding of relational databases and ERP system architectures
- Ability to map and understand financial information process flows to design transformation logic and data models
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or experience in Workday Financial Management (FINS Core)
- Experience with Workday Integration technologies
Key Responsibilities & Desirable Skills
- Lead functional areas on client-facing enterprise transformation projects, managing deliverables from initial design through to final deployment
- Analyze end-to-end Finance business processes and capture data requirements for migration workflows
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR and Financial transformation specialists to develop innovative client solutions
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation capabilities when engaging with stakeholders
