ERP/Database Administrator Systems Specialist

About the position

Our client, a well-established and progressive manufacturing company, based in Paarl, seeks to employ a Database Administrator/ERP Systems Specialist, with a solid background in cyber security, ERP system integration, ERP system management and managing service level agreements to join their progressive and expanding professional finance and IT team.

Please note that this is a senior role, requiring a degree and experience in database administration specifically in a financial department.
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have a degree (IT, Information Systems, or related field), as well as 5+ years as a Database Administrator/ERP Specialist, ideally within a financial department and managing projects to a successful end result.
• You will have experience in oversee ERP/IT infrastructure, database administration (SQL Server), and cybersecurity, as well as manage outsourced IT consultants and IT budgeting.
• You will have proven experience in ERP integration, as well as managing all ERP problem solving, day to day monitoring and focusing on financial transactions.
• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
