Ensure seamless alignment of the software with business workflows. User Training Deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users, enabling them to utilize the ERP system efficiently. Address client queries and provide clear instructions for system usage. Ongoing Support Offer technical support and troubleshoot system issues to maintain operational continuity. Assist with day-to-day system challenges faced by clients. Project Management Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful ERP implementation. Communicate progress and challenges effectively with stakeholders. Business Process Analysis Analyze client workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. Advise on best practices to optimize the use of ERP systems. Reporting and Analysis Generate and interpret financial and operational reports. Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. Integration Integrate ERP systems with other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance departments, to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions. Required Skills and Expertise ERP Expertise: Demonstrated experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Sage 200, Sage Intacct, or Microsoft Business Central. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and related business processes. Technical Proficiency: Skills in troubleshooting, system integration, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL). Project Management: Ability to manage full-cycle ERP projects, including planning, execution, and closure. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator, able to translate complex concepts for non-technical users. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving both technical and business-related issues. Customer Service: Dedication to building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
