Duties & Responsibilities

Supporting ERP system changes, assist business with front end support as well as backend support.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.



• System Design & Configuration - Map out business processes, configure ERP systems, and identify areas for customization.



• Project Management - Develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely implementation.

• Testing & Quality Assurance - Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects.



• Training & Support - Develop training programs, create user manuals, and provide ongoing support.



• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix functional problems within Epicor applications.



• Process Improvement: Analyse manufacturing and financial workflows to enhance efficiency.



• Collaboration: Work with developers to implement new features and improvements



• Will report directly to the IT Manager



• Conducting daily operations

Desired Experience & Qualification

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment using Epicor or similar ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Database management
• ERP systems
