Enterprise Transformation Consultant - Financial Services Transformation - JHB

About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

Our client is a strategic delivery hub that supports large-scale transformation programmes through human-led, technology-enabled solutions. Their Financial Services Transformation team delivers complex business and technology transformation initiatives for clients across the banking and financial services sectors. This role contributes to the successful delivery of digitally enabled programmes by combining business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable business value and effective change outcomes.

DUTIES:

• Deliver business analysis activities across banking and financial services transformation programmes.
• Support SAP-enabled and digitally enabled transformation initiatives within financial services organisations.
• Define, document and validate business requirements, processes and solution needs for transformation programmes.
• Apply project management and change management methodologies to support successful programme delivery.
• Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions pre-emptively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner / Project Management Professional (PMP) /Agile Project Management, Certified Scrum or equivalent delivery qualification desirable.
• Financial services, business analysis or change management certification are desirable.

Experience Required

• Experience in banking, insurance or financial services environments
• Business analysis experience on digitally enabled programmes
