About the position

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in identifying and securing enterprise-level deals, propelling our company to new heights.

We're looking for relevant industry experience and knowledge (VOC, CX, VOE, Employee Engagement) who is curious, driven and competitive.

What You'll Do:


  • Become an industry expert, gaining a deep understanding of market trends and how the business’ solutions fit within them.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and uncovering their unique business challenges.
  • Craft compelling solutions, leveraging industry knowledge, product expertise, and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Deliver dynamic sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the transformative power of our offerings.
  • Masterfully navigate objections and negotiate win-win agreements that exceed client expectations.
  • Close deals with strategic finesse, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional pre- and post-sale support.
  • Network strategically at industry events, expanding our brand reach and forging new client connections.
  • Maintain records in our CRM, providing valuable insights for sales pipeline management and reporting.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or client success management, demonstrably achieving or exceeding goals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, allowing you to engage and influence C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving impactful sales growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, address challenges, and develop winning solutions.
  • A proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential.
