Charisma Healthcare is recruiting Enrolled Nurses for temporary staffing at a leading Private Hospital Group in the Pietermaritzburg (KZN) area.

?? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care within your allocated unit and scope of practice
- Assist with patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs and supporting treatment plans
- Administer medication and assist with procedures under appropriate supervision
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols
- Adapt confidently to different wards and shift requirements for temporary placements
? Requirements:
- Enrolled Nurse (SANC registered)
- Experience in General Medical, Surgical, ICU, Theatre, or Trauma units
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical instructions accurately
- Flexible availability for short-term or shift-based assignments
- Strong communication skills and a committed, professional work ethic
