About the position

Requirements:

• Current SANC registration
• Geriatric care - advantageous
• Driver's License
  Competencies:
• Must have Computer Literacy
• Sound judgement and initiative
• Practical experience of wound care, stoma care, catheter care, medical administration, etc.
• Recognize and co-ordinate the functions of healthcare
• Draw up care plans and their interpretation
• Presentable with excellent communication skills
• Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships
• Motivate subordinates to work as a team and create trust
  Key Results Areas (Include but are not limited to):
• Manage and maintain all assessment data in appropriate software applications.
• Provide appropriate timely interventions and quality care
• Medication management
• Direct caregivers accordingly
• General administration

  Pension, employee contributes 7.5% and organisation contributes 11.2%
  Annual increases in April each year.
  Performance bonus paid the second week of January.
  Provide uniform.
  Salary for Enrolled Nurse is R 20 000 before deductions. PH and Sunday times, plus night allowance for night shift.
  Shifts are from 06:45am to 19:00pm. rotational weekends
  We rotate day and night shift.
  Enrolled Nurses report to Nursing Care Manager.
