What you'll be doing You'll manage complex industrial ammonia refrigeration projects from planning to commissioning across South and East Africa. From developing project timelines and resource allocation to supervising installation teams and subcontractors, you'll ensure each project meets rigorous safety, quality, and client standards. Your role will also involve updating engineering documents, tracking budgets, and generating client proposals. What you'll need You'll need at least 5 years' experience managing industrial ammonia refrigeration projects (10+ years is a plus). An engineering qualification (Diploma, B-Tech or Degree) is essential, along with strong project cost control, knowledge of QHSE practices, and the ability to read P&IDs and wiring diagrams. You should be willing to travel, hold a valid passport and driver's licence, and be confident writing proposals and technical reports.
