We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of water treatment plants. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, engineering design, and team leadership within the water industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related field) is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role within the water industry.
Strong technical expertise in water treatment plant design, construction, and operation.
Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from concept to completion, including budget and schedule management.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Sound knowledge of engineering principles, codes, standards, and regulations applicable to water treatment systems.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering value to clients and stakeholders
