What We Are Looking For
?? Tertiary Engineering Qualification (BTech, BSc Eng, or equivalent).
?? Government Certificate of Competence (GCC Factory) - Essential.
?? 5 - 10 years' experience in Maintenance & Project Engineering ( minimum 3 years in a corporate project engineering team ).
?? FMCG Industry Experience - Proven track record in leading engineering in a fast-paced environment.
?? Mechanical/Process Engineering Expertise - Strong technical and hands-on background.
?? Strategic & Analytical Thinking - Ability to develop & implement innovative solutions.
?? Leadership & People Management Skills - Experienced in mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and driving a high-performance culture.
?? Knowledge of EHS & Food Safety Systems - Strong understanding of industry standards & regulatory requirements.
