About the position
An opportunity exists for a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, firewalls, and virtualization platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer networks, servers, and cloud environments (Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure
- Configure and manage firewalls and VPNs (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet)
- Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshoot across client environments
- Monitor performance, manage tickets, and document solutions
Requirements
- SA ID holder
- 4-5 years' experience as System / Network Engineer or Administrator
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, firewalls, VPNs, and VMWare
- Experience with ticketing tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow)
- Excellent English communication skills
