Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project execution plans for to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Work collaboratively with the Client and the team.
- Manage and coordinate the integration of technical activities to enable the company to achieve its objectives.
- Ensure projects deliverables comply with design standards, legal regulations, environmental standards, and necessary permits.
- Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including governments, local communities, suppliers, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure a quality service is delivered to clients.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards and performance objectives are met.
- Oversee and report on the project’s progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge in the energy and infrastructure field.
- Ability to consult with others to develop the level of knowledge required for the role.
- Utilises the company’s knowledge network to adopt best practices in approach to work.
- Have a good understanding of Construction of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, project management, or a related field.
- A master's degree can enhance qualifications.
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), SACPCMP or Accredited Professional.
