About the position

• National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification (MCSE Cloud Solutions)
• ITIL Certification.
• The following Certifications would be advantageous - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.

Effective and efficient communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders from both technology and business users within the organisation.
- Ability to design and implement a solution with minimal to no supervision

About The Employer:

- Advance knowledge of the MS Cloud Platform, including Entra ID and Active Directory Server 2022.
- 2. Advance knowledge and skill in Azure Communication Services, especially using 3rd party API's, eg: WhatsApp and integration with other MS cloud technologies.
- 3. Knowledge and experience in integration of M365 products, such as Outlook, with Azure applications, such as Power Apps.
- 4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies across Android and iOS platforms.
- 5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate for designing and implementing automated workflows and integrations.




Valid driver's licence
- Physically abled and fit
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant IT experience.
