About the position

Description / Synopsis
We are recruiting an experienced EMS Operations Manager to oversee the full operational function of an emergency medical services division. This role requires a qualified EMS professional who can manage staff, fleet, logistics, and 24-hour operational readiness. The Operations Manager will act as the professional face of the organisation and must bring strong industry relationships, credibility, and the ability to support business growth. The role includes office work, site visits, travel, and after-hours standby.


Minimum Requirements

• ILS / AEA qualification (Immediate Life Support)
  
  
• Strong EMS operational management experience
  
  
• Mature profile (30–50 years preferred)
  
  
• Professional communication and leadership skills
  
  
• Ability to manage high-pressure, 24-hour operational environments
  
  
• Strong industry relationships and networks
  
  
• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day EMS operations
  
  
• Oversee ambulance fleet, equipment, and operational readiness
  
  
• Lead and manage medical staff and scheduling
  
  
• Conduct site visits and travel to operational regions
  
  
• Handle logistics, planning, and incident coordination
  
  
• Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clients, and partners
  
  
• Act as the professional face of the organisation
  
  
• Support business development through industry networks
  
  
• Provide operational standby support after hours
  
  
• Ensure compliance with DOH and EMS regulations
