About the position
A Contract position for one year , to provide IR support, guidance and facilitation of disciplinary cases in relation to new cases /investigations
Bcom HR / LLB
5-8 years operational experience
maintain sound employment relationship between labour & management
provide IR support
managing disciplinary cases
work with internal & external parties to coordinate hearings
prepare issue notices & sunctions
Advance knowledge in labour laws
Applied knowledge of dispute resolution processess applicable to Bargaining councel, CCMa and labour court
Desired Skills:
