QUALIFICATIONS
minimum of 3 years qualification (NQF level 6) in Labour Relations / Labour Law / Human Resources Management / Human Resources Development / Industrial Psychology / Industrial Relations or relevant qualification

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• At least 2 years within labour relations environment.
• Interpretation and application of Departmental policies informing Labour Relations
• Client orientation
• Understanding of labour relations processes
• Sufficient training and exposure to Labour Relations

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Knowledge and understanding of Public Service Act and Regulation.
• Knowledge and understanding of departmental policies and procedures.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Labour Laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA and other labour related legislations) and Ethics issues.
• Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulation.
• Understanding of Confidential and Security Clearance prescripts.

Desired Skills:

• Interpretation and application of Departmental policies informing Labour Relations
• Grievance management
• PFMA

Desired Work Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

Desired Qualification Level:

• Diploma
