You're a confident people leader who communicates clearly, sets high standards and thrives on building senior-level client relationships. You're organised, commercially minded, calm under pressure and comfortable guiding teams, resolving escalations and coaching for performance. Professional, punctual and collaborative, you take pride in polished written and verbal communication and living company values.
You'll own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, reviewing and executing service strategies, monitoring deliverables and reporting monthly on operations. You'll attend and influence client/provider meetings, compile strategic reports and presentations, handle technical consulting and resolve escalated queries. You'll manage capacity and travel, supervise Senior Consultants through weekly workflows and regular reviews, support training and manage performance. You'll run special projects end-to-end and spot cross-selling opportunities that create real value for clients. Expect frequent CRM touchpoints with senior stakeholders and swift action on service flags.
You'll join a respected financial services advisory firm known for employee benefits consulting and wealth solutions. Your team is purpose-led, values-driven with a collaborative culture and strong client partnerships across the region. You'll be based in Century City, Cape Town with the option to work from anywhere 2 days a week.
Matric and FAIS Fit & Proper compliance (NQF5 with Regulatory Exams), ideally a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning. At least 8 years' employee benefits consulting experience and 3 years' people management experience. Strong MS Office, excellent English and Afrikaans proficiency and a valid driver's licence are essential.
