About the position
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer / Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging and high-converting email campaigns for our clients using Figma, and building them within Klaviyo. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and brand teams to bring campaigns to life that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design responsive and visually compelling email templates in Figma, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Build and code email templates in Klaviyo, ensuring functionality across devices and email clients.
- Implement personalization, segmentation, and automation strategies within Klaviyo to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and account managers to ensure cohesive messaging and effective CTAs.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design elements to continuously improve email performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, design best practices, and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience designing emails in Figma.
- Proficient in Klaviyo, with a strong understanding of its email builder, segmentation, flows, and campaign setup.
- Knowledge of email best practices including responsive design, accessibility, and deliverability.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email optimization (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, design consistency, and user experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lifecycle marketing.
- Understanding of email analytics and performance metrics.
