Ready to lead C&I solar site teams and make an impact in clean energy? Is this you? You're a hands-on leader with strong technical know-how, and you take pride in delivering quality electrical work. You're comfortable taking charge on-site, solving problems, and ensuring that every installation meets the highest standards. Safety matters to you and so does doing things right the first time. What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) In this role, you'll be managing the on-site installation of solar, battery, and generator systems, mainly in the commercial and industrial sectors. From leading your team to issuing CoCs and troubleshooting faults, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and safely. You'll work closely with engineers and suppliers to execute bespoke hybrid and off-grid energy systems, all while upholding top-quality standards and safety compliance. Where you'll be doing it You'll be joining a trailblazing renewable energy company specialising in bespoke off-grid and hybrid power solutions. With a growing footprint across commercial and agricultural sectors, the team prides itself on its problem-solving culture, high-performance project delivery, and commitment to innovation in sustainable energy. What you'll need You must hold a valid 3-Phase Wireman's Licence. Alongside this, you'll bring 3-5 years' electrical installation experience, ideally in solar or power backup systems. Experience with inverter brands like SMA or Victron is a bonus. Strong leadership, knowledge of SANS and OHSA, and a willingness to travel are key to succeeding in this role.
