Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and small installation projects
- Deliver high-quality workmanship aligned with client expectations
- Respond to after-hours service calls on a rotational or ad-hoc basis (24/7 service)
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both Afrikaans and English
- Operate within a modern, paperless, cloud-based workflow system
- Follow strict attention to detail, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met
- Adapt to client needs and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in the electrical industry (formal qualification is advantageous but not essential)
- Must possess strong technical skills and pride in quality workmanship
- Good communicator with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, cloud-based system
- Must be reliable, flexible with hours, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy clients
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve in dynamic environments
- Must speak or understand Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
- Must live within a 15-minute radius of Stellenbosch or be willing to relocate accordingly
