What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced PV and BESS across residential and commercial installations. Your day will involve inspecting solar panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring; conducting site assessments; repairing faults; and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Working alongside a field engineer, you'll document service activities and occasionally support MV systems. Every task you complete will contribute to a greener, more energy-resilient future. What you'll need You bring 3-5 years of experience in PV system installation, BESS, or electrical work, with bonus points for MV systems and instrumentation knowledge. You're confident reading schematics and using diagnostic tools. A technical qualification in electrical or renewable energy is preferred, along with a valid driver's licence. You're comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 30kg, and available on weekends or public holidays when needed.
