Client in the steel industry seeks a technical manager with an electrical engineering degree, a registered electrical engineer preferred with 5 years management expertise and previous experience in draughting and project management - preferably in the modular building environment. Competencies required include electrical, steel profiling, modular buildings, project management, ISO 9001 knowledge, ability to read technical drawings related to modular buildings and relevant components, draughting skills, costing skills and strong presentation and facilitation skills. The role includes the management of the electrical department, project management, co-ordination and management of service providers, health & safety and ISO compliance. Candidate must be detail orientated, innovative, a team player and customer orientated.
