About the position

Description:
Hire Resolve's client, a well-established mining company based in Mpumalanga is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their mining team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment within the mining operation.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with mining regulations and safety standards.
• Conducting inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
• Identifying and troubleshooting electrical issues and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment.
  

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• GCC - Factories
• 5 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer in Heavy Industry.
• 4 years' experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Experience in a steel manufacturing.
• Valid driver's license.
