About the position
Well established engineering consultancy in Johannesburg is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer with experience in the consulting engineering industry to join their Petrochemical division.
The Electrical Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines required to complete a project. They will work to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, ensure proper implementation of project elements, and mange the project life cycle to successful completion.
Requirements:
- BSc. / BEng./ BTech. in Electrical Engineering
- 2 - 5 years experience in the consulting engineering industry
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Site Investigations
- Preparation of conceptual designs
- Preparation of detailed designs
- Supervision of tender process
- Supervision of construction
- Administration
