About the position
Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a background in consulting and a passion for designing smart, efficient systems? We're looking for a driven professional to join our Cape Town-based client!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement electrical building services systems (MV/LV, lighting, power, etc.)
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
- Conduct site inspections and project oversight
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- 3-7 years' experience in a consulting engineering environment
- Proficient in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SANS standards and electrical codes
- ECSA registration or in-progress registration preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
