In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of grid-related engineering aspects for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Collaborating with utilities, consultants, and project teams, you'll ensure seamless grid code compliance and integration from development through commissioning phases. Your days will involve designing single-line diagrams, specifying components, preparing technical documentation, and resolving field issues. You'll also support feasibility studies, RFP processes, and ensure all designs align with local and international standards. What you'll need?A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (BTech, BSc, or equivalent) paired with at least 2-4 years' experience in MV/HV systems within the renewable energy, IPP, or EPC sectors. Proficiency in grid code compliance, substation design, and electrical system modelling is key. Experience in feasibility studies, protection coordination, and utility liaison will set you apart. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential, alongside a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
