You'll take ownership of all finance-related functions across multiple entities within a growing investment group. From maintaining accurate records and overseeing payroll to managing budgets, forecasts, audits, and statutory reporting, you'll be a central figure in driving efficiency and compliance. You'll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, providing insights, analysis, and support for commercial decisions. Your role includes managing cashflow, leading annual financial statement compilations, optimising financial processes, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
You'll be part of a thriving, privately-owned investment services group known for its integrity, high performance, and client-centric culture. With a strong presence in both retail and institutional markets, this organisation values innovation, teamwork, and structured thinking. You'll need a Bachelor's degree in financial accounting, a professional registration (SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA) and at least five years of post-articles experience, gained in financial services. You should bring hands-on knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, tax, and regulatory frameworks. You're highly organised and a confident communicator. Your proactive mindset and commitment to excellence will set you apart. Only EE candidates currently living in Cape Town can be considered.
