About the position
Our client based in Centurion is looking for an Education Specialist in the following field: Engineering Graphics and Design/Technology
Our client is looking to hire a well-organised individual who is people-oriented to join the team as an Education Specialist. Our client is looking for someone who is deadline-driven, innovative and able to suggest new teaching models that will address the future needs of education, such as increased independent learning and critical thinking.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field of education/subject field
- Background in educational management (beneficial)
- Five+ years of experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- SACE registered
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the quality assurance of the allocated subject
- Develop assessment plants
- Present online classes for relevant field
- Facilitate lessons in the specific subject field at the Lynnwood campus
- Manage client queries and communication for relevant subjects
- Provide advice on possible improvements of a specific subject matter
- Understand and apply CAPS and the assessment requirements
- Investigate, research, suggest, apply, and advise on new trends
- Apply and monitor the application of CAPS and the assessment requirements of the examination boards in the assessment tasks
